Return & Refund Policy
At Enhance It Embroidery, every order is custom-made to your specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review the details below regarding our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Custom Orders
All embroidered, printed, or otherwise customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun. We strongly encourage customers to double-check all artwork, sizes, spelling, and order details before approving proofs and submitting payment.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives with a production error or damage caused during manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
Please note that sizing issues due to incorrect selection at the time of ordering are not considered defects. Size charts are provided for your convenience on each product listing.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before artwork approval and before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
Returns for Non-Custom Items (if applicable)
If you have ordered blank or non-customized merchandise, returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
